Dog eats grass on walks — every walk, without fail

Not frantically, doesn't throw up afterwards, just casually grazes like a small cow. Been doing it for years. Am I supposed to stop him?

Extremely common and mostly nobody knows why. The 'they do it to be sick' theory doesn't hold up — most dogs that eat grass don't vomit.

Only thing worth watching is where he's grazing. Verges get sprayed.
